GENERAL INSTRUCTION TO SUBMIT ADMISSION FORM FOR HS 1ST YEAR
- Students seeking admission must submit duly filled in registration form available on the college website.
- If the applicant is eligible for admission, the office will contact you for further procedure.
ONLINE SUBMISSION OF FORM
- Download all the pages of the form, fill up the details properly.
- Scan all the required documents and the filled up form.
- Upload all the scan documents along with admission form and send in a single Email ID given below : [email protected]
NOTE: THE EMAIL BODY MUST CONTAIN APPLICANT NAME, ADDRESS, AND CONTACT NUMBER
OFFLINE SUBMISSION
- DOWNLOAD ALL THE PAGES OF THE FORM, FILL UP THE DETAILS PROPERLY.
- VISIT THE COLLEGE OFFICE DURING THE OFFICE HOURS ALONG WITH THE FORM AND THE DOCUMENTS MENTIONED BELOW.

- Admit Card
- Registration Card
- Mark sheet of HSLC
- Caste Certificate
- Character Certificate
- Passed Certificate
- Gap Certificate in original (from the institution last attended for students passing earlier than 2021)
- Migration Certificate in Original (for students passing from other boards)
- 2 Copies of colored recent passport size photograph
- APPLICATION FORM FEES Rs. 100/-
